There are certain formalities, which must be completed before departure: we will guide you through the procedures so that everything is properly organised. You can choose where you would like your ceremony to take place. Select a venue in the romantic gardens or on the beach at sunset. Each hotel has experienced staff on hand to make sure the arrangements go according to plan. All arrangements, such as flowers, photographer, video, hairdresser and witnesses are requested well in advance. Everything is catered for by professionals.

Cost of legal procedures for weddings in Mauritius are quoted in South African Rand and are payable in South Africa prior to departure.

Cost for legal procedures includes:

* Affidavit fees & Supreme Court charges
* Civil Status Officer's fees
* Court translator for couples who do not understand English
* Administrative charges
* Taxi to Supreme Court (return fare)

All other requests are pre-booked in South Africa, but cost must be settled direct in Mauritius.
