The western Cape now offers Big 5 game viewing in the Gondwana Private Game Reserve which is also the only Fynbos free roaming Big 5 game reserve in the World.  It's about a 4-hour drive from Cape Town.

The Garden Route is popular for beautiful forests, beaches, lakes and scenery, adventure activities and includes areas such as Mossel bay, Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Tsitsikamma. It's about a 4-hour drive from Cape Town and a 2-hour drive from Port Elizabeth.

Remember to include the beautiful Mpumalanga area of Hazyview, White River, Sabie and Pilgrims Rest into your itinerary when going on safari in the Kruger area. God's window, the rain forest and Bourke's luck potholes are some of the attractions in this area.  The area also has a few beautiful waterfalls.

The Drakensberg in KwaZulu Natal takes you away to majestic mountains, nature and beautiful scenery for that private and cosy honeymoon getaway. It's about a 3-hour drive from Durban.
