Guests enjoy swimming, walking, snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking, fly-fishing and scuba diving (if in possession of a valid diving certificate - maximum 2 dives per day). A variety of diving courses and deep-sea fishing is available at an additional charge. All scuba and snorkelling equipment is provided.

Ten Zanzibari bandas, with direct access to the beach. Each banda is built of indigenous materials, mostly woven and thatched with palm leaves. The bandas have ensuite bathrooms with shower, double-basins, separate w.c., fresh water (obtained from a desalination plant), ceiling fans and a spacious outdoor veranda. Each banda also has a private beach sala with traditional Zanzibari sunbeds. Hand-woven from traditional Zanzibarian palm-matting, each secluded banda has a spacious veranda and is hidden in the shade of a tropical beach forest, fringed by the pristine beaches that halo the Island. A palm-covered walkway leads to an en suite bathroom with shower and basin.
